The Author 

As an introverted soul, I find solace in the pages of books. I work full time. Spending early weekend mornings writing pieces of my book. I plan out what I want to write during the week and let my creativity flow whenever I have time. I love to be outside. Often you will find me on my porch with my son, playing in his outdoor kitchen. 

 

My grandmother loved to write. She had a notebook she took everywhere she went. She would write short stories, poems or really anything that came to mind. I always asked her to read them to me because I was curious. She created magic through her stories. My Mom has continued my love for writing. She turned her dining room into a library. Books line the walls from floor to ceiling.

 

After my son was born, I struggled with postpartum depression. I felt like I completely lost who I was. Eventually I realized I had. I became a mother, an artist and a creator. My son helped me see wonder and look at the world differently. Join me on this magical journey where I am rediscovering myself through writing. 

Writing has always been cherished outlet.  A passion passed down from my grandmother, who filled her notebook with enchanting tales. My mom fostered this love, transforming our dining room into a sanctuary of stories. After having my son, motherhood brought its challenges, including a journey through postpartum depression. Ultimately this led to me rediscovering my creativity and embrace the magic everyday life.
